As a consultancy we are working at finding solutions so as to significantly improve operations at laboratory and unit operation scale.
This objective is achieved by understanding the problem and investigating by using scientific methods such as chemical analysis or test work so as to understand the process thus a solution may be prescribed.
All this is done with full client collaboration such that post project the local manpower may continue with understanding of solutions provided.
As a consultancy we will work with other partners including equipment suppliers and other metallurgical specialists so as to provide quality and professional services.

- Chemical analysis laboratory
- Setting up of new laboratories or improving already working ones, either housed or mobile laboratory including sample
- preparation, wet chemistry, instrumentation according to client needs.
- Procurement of equipment and requires chemicals
- Preparation of documents such as work instructions and SOP’s – standard operating procedures.
- Training of operators and technicians on different instruments and operating procedures.
- Implementation of international standards for operation, safety, health and environmental issues.
- Metallurgical test work
- Setting up of new laboratories or improving already working ones, i.e. mineral processing and hydrometallurgical laboratories according to customer requirements.
- Onsite metallurgical test work, including setting up at laboratory scale and running the test work. Test work results analysis with recommendations for process optimization and design.
- Procurement of different pieces of equipment from different equipment suppliers, advising client on optimal equipment to buy before sales personnel form equipment suppliers.
- Implementation of international standards for operation, safety, health and environmental issues.
- Plant investigations
- Investigations done at unit operation level such as a leach tank so as to optimize or improve the unit operation. Mass balancing over a unit operation and even across the process flowsheet.
- Such investigations will bring understanding of parameters affecting the unit operation such as chemistry among others. this information will be used to prescribe for working solutions.
- Test wok set up and running will be required for such investigations so as to understand the process and find solutions.
